The installment was flawless. Boiler worked perfectly. Also provided is emergency assistance where required. So all good. However service was 2 months late even though I paid on time. All service and installment engineers were professional.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish! Barry who fitted our new boiler was excellent, genuine guy who explained everything that he was doing, and made sure that everything was working correctly before showing us how the boiler works. Highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new boiler ?. Thank you very much.

It was easy to book an annual service, however it wasn’t easy to get a close date but everything went as been promised they came in time and no delays and it was done quickly.
I can just recommend them!!

It was easy to order new boiler, quick response from admin team, engineer arrived on time, clean the working area and received call at end of the day to make sure that i am happy with the service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Got a great price on our new boiler and install. The install was carried out the same week which was fantastic as our old one had stopped working. Special thanks to our installer Alister who was excellent, top job very tidy and efficient. We had our boiler moved to the loft. This included extending pipe work, blocking off the existing flue and moving the condensate pipe which was all carried out to a very high standard

Could speak to someone on the phone to clarify my order. Gas engineer who fitted boiler was excellent, very efficient, tidy and explained everything. I couldn't upload my photos using the link sent and when I rang was given an email to send photos to, so all in all a very straight forward process and price is very good.

It was impossible to contact Boiler Central when I needed to arrange a time for the annual boiler service. I tried a number of times to call and I was left waiting for over half an hour but could not get through to an operator. As a result I had to take a whole day off work. This is not acceptable.

The company fitted a new boiler really quickly after my old one broke in the January cold. They were friendly and helpful with my questions and kept in touch throughout. They also sorted it out instantly when I had to call them because I'd accidentally ordered the wrong boiler.

I’d score 4.5 for overall experience, the ordering of the boiler was super easy however after sending the requested photos it stated I’d receive a call to confirm and tell me a time slot for my chosen day, which I did not get. I had to call to ask what time my slot was. So until the morning of installation and calling, I didn’t know if it was going ahead or if it was, what my time my slot was for installation. LOVE my new boiler though and although it was a long day (8hrs) and a bit of mess was left for me to clean up, overall I’m very happy and would definitely recommend.

Ordering and installation straight forward, on the day Iain Bevan and his plumber were very neat and tidy, did a very thorough job and communication was good throughout the day

Generally a good and professional service. A few issues with fitting but this was largely down to communication and phone numbers not being included. They worked hard to rectify any issues and it all came good in the end. We've used them twice now and would use them again.

I made a payment but then I had to ask for my money back as had changed my mind they was very quick refunded me my money so was pleased how quick it took to refund my money 5 star to them

Excellent company from start to finish, ordered on Thursday & fitted following Tuesday ( day of my choice) lovely viessmann vitodens 050-W fitted. Very quiet & powerful boiler. Hot water instant and heats radiators very quickly, 12 year guarantee with it so really happy with my purchase. Was contacted by the company by phone & emails throughout the installation process to make sure I was happy at every stage. Having 0% finance without having to pay anything up front suited us too. Overall first class
